In this basic, no-nonsense handbook, you’ll learn chatting techniques for OnlyFans models, how to build relationships with your subscribers, and manage different follower types on OnlyFans. As a model, you’ll have a carefully crafted background, and it’s your job to keep things consistent while building connections with subscribers. This guide will give you easy steps to handle any situation, so you can build strong relationships and increase your earnings.
Model Background and story
As a model, you should already have created a background for yourself.
Your age, family structure, nationality, recent history, study topics and similar are written out.
This ensures that all subscribers receive the same background info and there are no mistakes.
If conflicting information is picked up by the subscriber over time, it will decrease their trust in the model and raise suspicions. They will attempt to verify the model’s identity and sometimes trick you into messing up saying things which are in contrast to previously provided information.
It isn’t your goal to reveal a lot about yourself quickly. In fact, you attempt to gain as much information about your subscribers as you can while not going too deep into details about yourself.
To keep the subscribers engaged, new events in your life will be created regularly. They will be used to keep the conversations keep going in the now. Your life must be too busy today to have time to really dive deep into her history too much. Such events can include:
Dramatic girlfriends
Exciting wine tastings
Random stressful problems with the post/government
New creative hobbies
Detail gathering
With every new subscriber, your goal is to quickly establish their name and where are they located.
The large majority of our subscribers will be based somewhere in the USA.
Over time you will gather more details about their life.
Find out about their family
Get to know their hobbies
Inquire about their fetishes and sexual desires
All key details that you gather, you must write down in the notes section for each subscriber.
Every detail they provide is like a weapon. It shows their weaknesses and what buttons to encourage purchases when the sales moment comes.
Remember, 80% of the job is relationship building (Detail gathering), 20% of the time is spent on the actual sales moment.
The more you know about the subscribers, the easier it will be to sell to them.
Types of Followers
New Follower – Every new follower you start a chat with should be placed in this list. A follower stays here for 1 week and/or until he has bought one full sequence.
Relationship – After 2 weeks of subscribing and/or having bought at least one sequence, the subscribers get put in the relationship category.
These will be the majority of actively chatting subscribers.
The goal is to keep these subscribers at least for several months for consistent income, which is based from the subscription fee and selling pre-packaged PPV content.
These will mostly be ‘Nice guys’ who will be supportive and not seek conflict. They’ll be your “Best friends”. Always friendzoned. They will be teased 90% of the time with prepackaged pictures and short videos, except when they have the funds to buy a full PPV sequence.
As with any ‘Nice Guy’, they will get frustrated that they can rarely get all the way with you. They might even get pushy and aggressive about it some times because you’re never fully there. Your job – start a little drama. Once a few weeks make them feel shame, make them dread the idea of you leaving their lives. You’re the one girl they get to sext with regularly, they’ll fall back in line.
The goal is to find out, without ever asking directly, how often they get new money to spend on content and how much. Should they be targeted once a week, once every two weeks, once a month?
Broke Followers – Subscribers who clearly state that they will not spend money or simply admit they do not have the money to spend on PPV content get put here.
Do not waste time chatting with these followers
Once a few days a fairly cheap, mass PPV message will be sent to this list. If the subscriber buys it, you can try to chat and move him into the relationship category. He only gets out by spending at least 50$ during this day. If he does not, he remains in this list and is ignored again.
These subscribers have a low return on time investment. Only actively chat with there is no one else to chat with at the time.
VIP – Subscribers, who spend more than an avg. of 250$/week get put in this list.
These subscribers get treated like rich boyfriends. The goal is to keep them actively entertained in their day to day life, become their secret girlfriend.
They receive personal ‘Good morning’ messages, you actively participate in their lives. You show initiative and develop a good relationship. You actively offer to create custom content for them.
A lot of what is sold to them will be compromised of custom content.
These will often be older men – lawyers, company owners, salesmen and others with a high income, but very generic social and family life. Your job is to become the exciting girlfriend that they never had.
Whales – Subscribers, who spend more than an avg. 1500$/week get put into this list.
These are the special clients. Most rules don’t apply to them. They might be 1 of 100 subscribers at best.
Your goal is to sell as much high value custom content here. They get what they want. They want a custom video with their name in there? They get it. They send money to buy something tomorrow for new pictures? They get it. Their requests are always the top priority.
These customers will have specific wants and high expectations. They might want video calls with the model or to interact outside the platform in some way. They are the only ones where requests like these will be seriously considered and consulted.
As with any relationship, there will be drama created, you will be pushy with them sometimes. But extra care is taken here and specific strategies will be tailored to them.
Types of sales
Sequences – The base of sales efforts.
Sequences are a combination of content. Generally it will be 2-3 pictures and 4-5videos.
The goal of a sequence is for it’s entirety to be sold in a single conversation, while increasing the price for every following piece of content.
Sequences have sales texts written out to them, so the sale of sequences becomes standardized. You copy or write out the provided text and handle the sale on autopilot.
You have to keep the subscriber in your story frame, and not escape with other ideas. You can ask them to slow down, to let you give them a good show etc..
If they try to escape your story, you steer them back into the created standard text frame.
Sequences should only by initiated when it can be established that the subscriber is at home or has the privacy and time to masturbate.
It is a like a story you’re telling the person you’re chatting with, you’re taking them on a fantasy tour. All the while using the fact that they are getting hornier with each piece of content. Thus each following piece of content can have an increased price.
While you must encourage the subscriber to start masturbating and get the dopamine flowing, you also have to make sure they only finish masturbating with the last piece of content.
If they orgasm before the sequence is done, most of the time the remaining content will ‘burnt’. They will have lost their interest in buying it.
In this case you can sometimes still shame them into buying the remaining content, usually saying you can give it to them for a much cheaper price than you would have normally. Otherwise you can create interest, by saying things like “Oh, well, I guess you’ll never know how to story ends then” if the sequence is based around a police woman story or similar. In such cases, the subscriber might be willing to buy the remaining content later or on another day.
After a sequence is finished, then comes the most important part. The after sale.
Men are simple. Once they orgasm, they always start regretting what they have done. Sometimes this is referred to as post-orgasm depression.
You have to tell the subscriber how much you enjoyed the experience with them, that it was the best part of your day. You make them feel special, you tell them they really made you orgasm, that you will think about them all day.
In the future you can reference these moments again. You can tell people that ‘the orgasm you had 3 weeks ago with them is still on your mind, you can’t forget about it’ etc..
Custom Content – There are two types of custom requests based on the subscriber’s money situation:
Large-cost custom content: This is meant for mainly VIP and Whale list subscribers who have the funds to splurge on the model. It either makes a lot of money or brings in high value objects for the model.
100$/minute, 50$ for a few pictures or an expensive item above 250$.
Generally involves the subscriber sending a tip for the model to purchase an expensive item or create content with specific instructions.
E.g. Expensive shoes, fucking machines, expensive champagne etc..
Tip amount varies based on item cost
Use this to:
Build deep relationships with VIP and Whale clients, get them to spend a lot of money.
Make the VIP and Whale clients feel like they are really supporting your life. In the beginning it will be about helping you pay rent etc. and later to help you upkeep a nice lifestyle.
Sometimes sequences will be filmed using these items, sometimes not
Very specific and personal content can’t be repurposed most often. This content must be sold for hundreds of dollars as it can not be repurposed. If the subscriber has the money, encourage them, but consult with your supervisor about what content can be created.
But if they want you to get a new dildo, shoes or similar items, those can be used to create future sequences and other content. Showing off their expensive gifts can make them even more emotionally feel like they are supporting the model.
When less wealthy Relationship clients inquire about custom content, you clearly state the price. It anchors their cost expectations and positions the model as being more expensive and exclusive.
Sometimes with prospective Relationship subscribers, you can use small cost custom content, explained further.
Small-cost custom content: This is primarily a relationship building tool for Relationship list subscribers. And you gain new items to film sequences with. But these cheap content pieces should be done at most once per month per subscriber. Otherwise you will spend your entire time on this content.
75 dollar minimum
Generally involves the subscriber sending a tip to purchase a specific item
E.g. Buttplug, dildo, new dress, new heels etc..
Tip amount varies based on item cost
Use this to:
Get new items to make sequences with
Get the relationship building subscribers invested in you.
In many cases a sequence will be filmed:
The subscriber who bought the item will get the first pictures and 3 videos for free.
First video will have the subscriber’s name in it. The name will be cut to repurpose the sequence.
Mass PPV content: General purpose content which will be created to be sold en masse for a cheap price.
Usually costing 5-15$
Sent to the Broke Subscribers List once a few days.
The expectations of a purchase are low:
If the subscriber doesn’t purchase the content, you have a short, couple message conversation explaining that you can’t give away content for free and ignore the chat again until the next mass PPV message.
If the subscriber does purchase the content, you continue a medium length conversation and try to sell them a basic sequence. If they purchase more than 50$ worth of content, you can move them into the Relationship list.
But if they are needy and annoying, it is up to you to decide their status. You can also keep them in the Broke Subscriber list.
If the Broke list subscriber chats more than 3 times with you without spending money, you are allowed to ignore them for the rest of time.
If they become overly aggressive or annoying, they can be restricted.
There you go, this should be all the basic foundational techniques you should know to start mastering how to build relationships with OnlyFans subs. It is definitely more than just making sales—it’s about knowing your audience, building trust, and guiding them through a journey. As mentioned before 80% of the job is detailed gathering while 20% is actual sales. Stay focused, and you’ll quickly rise to the top!
